Peter Som's Custom Nail Polish by Zoya Featured on Glamour.com

How to Pull Off Pastel... Nails!

On Friday, September 9th, Peter Som debuted his Spring/Summer 2013 Collection featuring playful pastel accents in the hair, makeup and nail looks.

Zoya Nail Polish Collaborated with Fashion Designer Peter Som for yet another season of custom color for the show.

The spring-ready custom nail polish trio featured on
The Girls in the Beauty Department, was made up of three sorbet shades Zoya Jacqueline, a creamy opaque nude, Neely, a full coverage creamy mint, and Sharon, a full coverage creamsicle orange.

"The makeup and nails were also colorful, young, and fun. A mint and orange French mani by Zoya was so spring-appropriate. I've added the actual polish colors to this pic so you can see."

Did you know that the names of the custom nail polish shades were inspired by the Valley of the Dolls? Jacqueline is named after the author of the book, Jacqueline Susann, Neely is named for the character played by Patty Duke in the 1967 movie, and Sharon is named after Sharon Tate who also starred in the movie.
